Our summer programming varies from year-to-year. In the past we’ve run in community-based races and hosted field days for our Chicago Park District program partners.

Our fall Running Mates season features a mid-season training race. This 1-mile race is hosted in a park by the Chicago Area Runners Association (CARA) and their ‘Go Run program. Volunteer roles include running buddies, course marshals, cheer squads, and supporting CARA with their race-day needs.

Previous races have included trails runs with Universal Sole and the United Neighborhood Organization’s Carrera de los Muertos 5 in Pilsen.
